3. Electronic Fund Transfer Disclosure (Regulation E)

Under Regulation E, you have the right to dispute unauthorized electronic fund transfers. You must notify us within 60 days of the statement on which the unauthorized transfer first appears. We will investigate and resolve your claim within 10 business days (20 business days for new accounts). If we need more time, provisional credit may be issued while the investigation continues.

4. Truth in Savings (Regulation DD)

Interest on savings and CD accounts is compounded daily and credited monthly. The APY assumes interest remains on deposit for one year. Fees could reduce earnings. Early withdrawal penalties apply to CD accounts: the lesser of all interest earned or 90 days' interest for terms of 12 months or less.

5. FDIC Coverage

Deposits at Swift Reserve Bank's partner bank are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category. For joint accounts, each co-owner is insured up to $250,000. For more information visit fdic.gov.
