Swift Reserve Bank, N.A. is a nationally chartered bank that provides personal and business banking services including deposit accounts, transfers, virtual card issuance, and lending products. All accounts are FDIC insured up to $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category. Our services are subject to applicable federal and state banking regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Swift Reserve Bank is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes. You shall not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the platform
- Engage in fraudulent activity or money laundering
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Swift Reserve Bank and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Reserve Bank and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
